PORTLAND, Ore. – Just like physical fitness, spiritual fitness requires a regular workout. Ä¢¹½´«Ã½’s non-credit seminar, Spiritual Tune Up, will offer tools for developing mindfulness and connection with the inner you through use of the textbook, "The Marriage of Spirit,"by Leslie Temple-Thurston. This one-day seminar will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, April 6, in Building 3, room 136, of Ä¢¹½´«Ã½’s Rock Creek Campus, 17705 S.W. Springville Road. Cost is $20.
