AI Psychology: Surviving and Thriving During AI Expansion
How does AI impact our thoughts, feelings and relationships? In teams, we outline digital risks and set guardrails against AI brain rot, dopamine traps and emotional dependency. Also explore AI tools that might improve focus and build coping skills.
Additional digital risks to be explored include cognitive offloading, bogus flattery, AI anxiety, AI burnout and anthropomorphizing. Additional tools that could be helpful will be explored for setting boundaries, reducing anxiety, supporting creativity, and promoting better human relationships. Empower yourself to increase AI's positive role in your life while reducing AI's drag on psychological well-being. Note that this is a class and not group psychotherapy.
