MyÄ¢¹½´«Ã½ Account Reactivation

If you have been away from Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ for a few years, your MyÄ¢¹½´«Ã½ account may need to be reactivated. To do so, you can simply re-apply.

MyÄ¢¹½´«Ã½ Password Reset

MyÄ¢¹½´«Ã½ now has a password recovery self-service feature. In order to take advantage of this new capability, and to get your MyÄ¢¹½´«Ã½ account “refreshed” in the new system, go to . You will be guided through the process of getting your MyÄ¢¹½´«Ã½ account set up in the new system (if you have not done so already). New MyÄ¢¹½´«Ã½ users do not need to perform this step. For Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ employees, performing this step will also set you up for “single sign on” – Your MyÄ¢¹½´«Ã½ password will be the same as your Active Directory (AD), D2L, Perceptive Content, email, and several other systems.

For help with your MyÄ¢¹½´«Ã½ password, you must contact the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Computer Service Desk at 971-722-4400 (or x4400). We are unable to perform password resets over email.  You will be asked to verify your identity for security purposes.

If you have forgotten your MyÄ¢¹½´«Ã½ password and you have been set up in MyÄ¢¹½´«Ã½’s new self-service password recovery system (see above), go to: pcc.edu/password to recover your password.

Multi-factor Authentication

To manage your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) devices after initially setting up a device, you will need to log-in to our your page using your MyÄ¢¹½´«Ã½ Email address. After this, you will be taken to the Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ portal and will need to log-in using your MyÄ¢¹½´«Ã½ credentials.
