The Office of Planning and Construction (OPC) oversees land use and development planning with a college-wide perspective, including the construction of facilities funded by bond measures. OPC partners with a variety of external regional entities to leverage public resources and efficiently serve the community.

Spotlight: 2022 bond projects

  • Renovation of the Health Technology Building at Sylvania Campus. At almost 200,000 square feet, this is one of the largest renovations at Ä¢¹½´«Ã½. The project will create new and improved spaces for health and fitness programs.
  • The renovation of the Communications Technology Building at Sylvania Campus, which houses the arts and humanities programs, and the music, theatre, and language arts programs.
  • Plans for redeveloping the Rock Creek Campus will include building a new technical education space for automotive programs and construction technologies programs.
  • Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ plans to build a new center to support health education and workforce development through an innovative collaboration with the Hillsboro School District and the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center.
