  • First-generation or limited-income students who are planning to enroll at Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ for Fall Term 2026
  • Students who are on track to complete their high school diploma or GED® during this school year, Aug 2025 – Aug 2026
  • Students who live or attend high school within Multnomah County or Washington County
