Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Email
Accessing Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ email
Your Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ email is the main way to communicate with your instructors and staff. It’s also where Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ sends important updates about enrollment, financial aid, and more. There are a few ways to access your Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ email, including:
- Login to and click the Envelope icon near the upper-right hand corner of your account
- Use the direct address to your Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ email:
Note: If you’re signed into a personal Google account, you may need to log out before accessing your Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ email. Another option is to use a Private or Incognito browsing window (click the link for steps on how to do this in your browser):
For more advanced settings, like using a mail app or setting up email on your phone, log in to Ìý(requires Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ account).
Organize your Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ email using labels
We strongly suggest using labels and filters to keep your Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ email organized and make sure you don’t miss important messages. Labels work like folders, helping you sort your emails into different categories. Filters can automatically send incoming emails to the right labels for you. Watch the video below to see how to create a label and filter in your Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ email for a course using D2L Brightspace:
Link your D2L Brightspace and Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Gmail accounts
You can make it even easier to access your Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Gmail by allowing the “Access Google Apps” widget in D2L Brightspace. Once you do this, it will connect to your Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Gmail, show how many unread messages you have, link to your inbox, and let you use Google Drive with D2L Brightspace.
